Report from South Kona

Relaxing on a Sunday afternoon after a surf session down at Keei Beach , the waves have dropped to a smaller size . What a great day it’s been , almost no one was out and nice hollow little waves breaking across the reef out at the point. Extremely clear water with a couple of green sea turtles lolling just outside the break snacking away . Their heads popping up now and again for a breath of air and peek around at what’s going on. The water a smooth wonderful blue with fish darting around just below the surface. Fast little waves shooting around fun ride after fun ride. Its so hot on the deck right now had to come into the shade , just a few white puffy clouds here and there.

A bunch of chicken for a BBQ this afternoon , with some green beans and potatoes and a butternut squash. maybe a Latte or two.
