Report from South Kona

Ok Ok , its just that I love these old Photos, and the girls are so cute.

Oh its Wednesday and finally a chance to post and goof online a little . Now that Chris is home it is back to two wild monkeys running around. Work all day , figure out what to make for dinner, do the dishes and track down the makers of messes. Waa Waa waa . Crab crab crab.

The other new fun thing besides the Kite flying thing , Mario cart racing for the Wii is the new game in town. Had to buy my own controller so that I had one that worked , wasn’t all slimed up and hadn’t went flying with a rough game . Very very fun , go online and race people from all over the world. A little steering wheel comes with it , though I like to use just the regular controller.

What else is going on , Vog is back again and thick as ever , a south swell is in . No surfing yet , doing all these time consuming repairs and just have no free time. It’s humid as @$ , over cast and voggy . I just have to load my board back up and get in the water before I dry out too much.

I bought some new shorts and tennis shoes , not work shorts , crusing around ones . Never know when someone might visit and need to dress up a little . The shoes are for work most of the time I wear rubber slippers around .Still waiting for my long pants from Stabo , have to send a email to check on them.

Peace Love and Unity, Midnight swims and afternoon naps , Steve

Had kyle and his buddy come and help me do some work Saturday morning then we went down in the afternoon to south point again for a little kite flying. The wind wasn’t as intense as it has been still blowing and just the right amount . Since i didn’t bring the camera it was a perfect day down there. Crystal clear with the Puffy tropical clouds floating by. Nice and breezy not the usual howling wind whipping by.

Saturday night got started and blazed away most of the day cleaning out the kitchen cabinets . Getting rid of the old can food thats expired and doing a general rearrangement . The main food pantry is done and the counters and floor will be done tonight . Plus a few loads of laundry in between . Kyle with the help of his buddy ( who has been here all weekend just went home a little while ago) did a big job on the boys bathroom , they mopped and did the counters , with just the regular grumbling of Kyle. ( he hates chores ) He also got the recycling together and did quite a few little things . He really did a good job and deserves a round of applause .

Chris gets home tomorrow , they had their times wrong , I thought it was Monday and it is . It will be great to have him back and here his travel news .
