“Liquid Sunshine, The #1 cause of rainbows!”

»«

Friday Hooray

We made thru the first week of back to school. Up at 6am again or so , then up to the bus stop. The weather has cleared up the last couple days , some wind blowing in , clearing up the vog a bit. Very clear to day , white caps blowing across the ocean , gusts of wind rustling the palms. Big tropical clouds sailing around , backing up against the Volcano , turning dark as they build up . Some of those liquid sunshine cloud bursts during the afternoon. No surf to speak of , just small kind wind waves every now and then.

The exciting news is that i have ordered a pair of long pants , just to have at least one pair. They are made by a small company in England ( the exchange rate is bad ) called ( wait they are hard to get and very limited so I am going to keep the name secret for now :) ) . Any way they made out of recycled WW2 British Army Canvas Tents very cool , custom made by them. i wanted tan but they went quick and had to take the forest green . They only had so much material from the tents so the number of pants was very limited. So i am going to have a pair of long pants just not the usual kind .

The garden news , most of the seeds in the lower garden have sprouted , just not the sweet peppers . The pea pods have done well, Chris likes them right out of the garden so there hasn’t been any to cook yet , they are so sweet they have been snacked on right after picking. Picked some of the Pineapple sage and Thyme toinight and made some Chicken with them and baked it with Zucchini .

Had a smooth week and think that I will have lots of free time this weekend to goof off.
Peace sign extravaganza and a little report on Tibet to check out.

Peace out , Steve

P.S. don’t have to go to bed early so blazing away with a couple of Lattes in me . :)
