Party in the Street , Sparks Continue
Good morning for the deck some nice sun and a lazy attitude , latte or two , thats it . The fireworks blasted on and off most of the day with this or that exploding or catching on fire as a bucket did , this bag of spinners and poppers seemed to be bottomless. As darkness fell a bag left over from the past came out of the shed and the neighbors across and next door along with various kids . Dash the wild little dog from B street came down with his owner ( unafraid of fire works he spent the time jumping on and licking the faces of various kids ). All came out with more fireworks and soon a little party had started with another big session of sparks and spinners . This went on till about 9p till the last fuse was lit and all shall be quiet till New Years when the fever will return.
Made a run out for pizza this afternoon so didn’t do any cooking today and for the most part had a very restful day with even a afternoon nap. OK now a kite that was ordered before the incident finally came in the mail it is a pretty big one about 11ft , but trust me my trying these big kites in ultra high winds is over just up to their 20 mph max no more 40 or 50 mph gusts except with the little kites . They cant pile drive you into the ground. lol .
