Report from South Kona

Another Bright Morning
Nice again this morning , creating a environment of quick sand to start the day , linger around with a latte or two , fart around doing this or that . Then roll out late just making it to physical therapy , after doing a few stops up Mauka , one at the Kealia ranch house that was just sold back to the ranch. hoping to stay on because its such a cool house .

My arm is moving quite a bit more now though still sore and painful with certain movements . The sling is still on and next week getting some x rays and the second visit to the bone doctor , it would be nice for it to have healed enough to stop with the sling. Have these little exercises to do to slowly get my arm to go back over my head , Once I’m back and a light , light wind is blowing I will be flying my new kite , it will be good therapy for my arm.

There has been some action down at the volcano see a little vid on stevejones420.com . really ready for a road trip, if my arm was better or some easy to get to surface flows came around we would be blazing down for a midnight lava mission this weekend .

Listen it cleared up today , shoot you could see the horizon , sun and blue skies . Still just a bit of haze , compared to how it has been it didn’t matter at all . Nice rain once we got home , didn’t last all night , got us at least a couple of more days of water.

Working hard all summer Kyle has been the helping hero , we put on a new pump housing on Monday and replaced a motor on Tuesday . plus we are going back to my favorite ranch house that has sold , still for the last owner but may get to carry on with the new one. Should get some pics it’s a totally cool 50s South Kona Ranch house . Way out of my price range but it wold be a fantastic place to live . Well it’s the start of another day , started this last night then fell asleep , yes it,s back to bright and sunny , yikes time for a new hat .
