Groovin on a Sunday Afternoon
Several chores to do , the car port is a mess , garden could use a ltc , this and that . Hanging out on a sunny morning for the first break in a few days , busy with the work and the boys last free week end before school next Thursday . Wiped out a few pool very quick Saturday and then made a day of just a short check of the car show down Keahou , pushed on up to the hobby shop. They have some pretty cool radio controlled helicopters and planes , plus rockets and these neat gliders that are made in the European union . We have a small one and a larger one now , they fly really good , though the big one had a nose crash and needs to be glued back on. They were also something to get me out of there cheap , lots of toy temptations in that place. A few flights a a park in town then stopping so Kyle could ride a friends scooter . he has been nutty for it since a couple of weeks ago he got to ride it . Chris has now got back in to Second Life and Teen second Life now so he has been a nut and on line non stop . He has some geek friends on teen second life that they have made a apartment that they share online . Chris is very good at scripting on second life , they have made some fun stuff , but he needs to get out side more with this arm thing our activities have been limited this summer when I can move more we have to make up with some marathon road trips and camping .
Hauled the crew down to pebble today , the three kids from B street and Kyle , Chris was embroiled in some second life thing and bailed out of going. Very nice down there didn’t get a chance to swim , all the kids did with a little trip over to the swim hole . A perfect day for it just the right tide and wave action , for the up and down flushing and making it easy to get out . man I really wanted to swim but not ready yet .
Back home for a light breezy afternoon with just a little over cast clouds to cool it down . Thinking of what to make for a late lunch and perhaps a latte or two and forget the chores .
