Report from South Kona

Alright Friday night and sitting here with latte in hand , well next to me or how could I type , watching the opening ceramony of the Olympics . Putting aside the treatment of Tibet and all the human rights issues , I am going to watch in the spirit of unity thru the sports not the commercial side . Turning a blind eye for a few days to the unholy marriage of the Chinese Gov and American corporations and the near slave like conditions in the Chinese factories . The show has been fantastic one of best that I can remember . Did you see it ? The shear number of people 15000 , in the show and all the massive screens . For this type of thing it really is fantastic . Looking forward to the Ping pong and Bicycle racing . Ping Pong since you know we like to play and I used to ride a lot several years ago I love to bicycle racing track and road. This is the one time of when it is fun to watch all the swimming , track and field and all the other stuff . Like diving and kayaking and all that stuff. Its only once every four years for the summer games so you just have to watch a little.

Still working on my arm it really os sore from working it back in . Still can,t get it above my head. There are several exercises that I have been dogging on . Now i am really trying more to get it back in action , so sick of being gimpy . There is this pully that I made to use on arm to pull the other up and couple of others to get my shoulder working better . Well it’s just me and Chris , Kyle went to town to get his hair cut , Gltchez as Chris is known on second life is doing just that on second life . He gets called out for the fire work moments and when the torch gets lit . Now time to think of something for dinner maybe pasta who knows something Friday night ish.
